Required Documents for enrollment of Aadhaar

To enroll of Aadhaar successfully, you may required to produce the following necessary document at the time of enrollment of Aadhaar which are listed below:


1. Proof of Indentity (POI)

2. Proof of Address   (POA)

3. Proof of Date of Birth (DOB)

Note:
1. if the resident is not holding a proof of indentity and using head of the family identity for enrollment.
It is mandatory to provide HEad of the family's details with his/her Aadhaar or EID Number. Please refer list of document for filling EID.
with the orginals and a photocopy of Proof of Relationship (POR) list mentioned below

The Employees Provident Fund Organisation, India had launched a services to get the update status of the Employees Provident Fund Account w.e.f 01.07.2011.


Step to Check the status.



->

The 1st step is to Select the EPFO office State and Select the Region of the EPFO where your account is maintained

->

 Then furnish your PF Account number.

In case your account does not have one, Leave the extension field blank

->

You will be know asked to enter your name and mobile number.

->

On successful submission of the all valid information, the details and the status of the said EPF Accounts will be sent through SMS to the given mobile number.
